Delivering value through business partnerships and projects is a highly organized and forward-thinking role that requires strong operational skills, adaptability, and effective communication.

This position plays a central part in the day-to-day delivery of business development initiatives, coordinating multiple priorities, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring seamless delivery to customers.

The ideal candidate will be able to lead project management activities, including proposals, sample shipments, data tracking, and post-sale follow-up. They will also coordinate customer-facing projects, develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines, and act as the central point of contact between customers, internal teams, and third-party partners.

Serving as a primary contact for existing customers from onboarding through to delivery, the successful candidate will anticipate needs, provide proactive updates, and maintain a consistent and professional communication flow. They will ensure customer engagement is well-managed and that expectations are met or exceeded.

To achieve this, they will need to align internal workflows with BD objectives, monitor and refine internal processes to ensure they remain effective and fit for purpose, and identify and recommend enhancements to improve scalability, coordination, and customer outcomes.

The role requires 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or business development support. The successful candidate will have proven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and maintain oversight across complex projects. Strong organizational skills with a rigorous but adaptable approach, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams are essential.

In addition, proficiency in using modern business tools and systems, such as CRM platforms, project management tools, and collaborative software, is required. Experience in a clinical, research, biotech, or similarly regulated environment is highly regarded, as is familiarity with clinical trial operations or customer onboarding in regulated industries.

The successful candidate will have prior experience with CRM tools, project management platforms, or grants management. They will be tech-savvy, able to anticipate challenges, and confident in diplomatically influencing colleagues at all levels to take timely action.
