Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional to drive revenue growth in the healthcare sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, cultivating strategic relationships with clients, and collaborating with our operations team to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing business growth strategies aligned with company objectives;
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders;
  • Collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services and provide well-informed recommendations on service delivery strategies;
  • Preparing and submitting tenders and proposals to secure new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in business development and client relationship management within the healthcare sector;
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing new business opportunities;
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders;
  • Strong systems and process-driven approach to ensure efficiency and consistency;
  • Proficiency in technology, particularly Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to adapt to new systems.
