We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to proactively acquire new clients and sell tailored workforce solution services.

About the Role

This strategic role will involve fostering the growth of our Recruitment and Management Services (RMS) Division by acquiring new clients and selling tailored workforce solution services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrate high-level sales expertise, understanding client needs, and effectively selling value propositions.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of successful client acquisition and superior business development skills.
  • Industry Knowledge (desirable): Familiarity with the VET sector, including current trends and factors influencing the apprenticeship sector.
  • Sector Experience: Experience within the Construction, Manufacturing, and IT sectors is desirable.
  • Relationship Management: Active management of customer relationships to achieve sustained success.
  • Networking: Ability to proactively build a strong network of relationships with prospective clients, RTOs, employer associations, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth and uncover new opportunities.
  • Communication Skills: Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills to establish positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Digital Literacy: High proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications and programs.
  • Driver's License and ability to travel.
