Finance Transformation

A transformative role awaits you in our Finance department. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of finance by guiding Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) through their most complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with CFOs and their teams to design and implement transformation initiatives across Controllership, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), and Finance Operations.
  • Develop and implement forward-thinking Finance Strategies and Target Operating Models, including Global Business Services.
  • Enable Finance to evolve into a Strategic Business Partner by establishing an insight-driven advisory function and delivering actionable recommendations to support business outcomes.
  • Implement Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) technologies, automation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enable process excellence and drive finance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Enhance Enterprise Performance Management capabilities to help clients understand drivers of business performance, accelerate decision-making, and unlock growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering transformation projects in the Finance function, including Finance Operating Model Design and Finance Process Improvement.
  • Advisory experience with key Finance technologies and automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex business problems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
  • A keen interest in emerging Future of Finance trends, including AI and strategic finance.
  • An academic background in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce is preferred. Finance qualifications are highly regarded.
