From humble beginnings, our brand was founded out of a passion for connecting travelers to the local authenticity of a location by providing comfortable and bespoke accommodation. Today, we are a multi-brand accommodation group operating 17 hotels (and significantly growing) across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.

Starting as soon as possible, you'll report to the Hotel Manager and work actively to support them as the people leader and operations expert of the hotel.

**Our amazing Hotel Receptionists (AKA Local Hosts)**:
Reporting to the Hotel Manager/Super Host, you'll be part of a small team of genuine people, looking to create lasting memories and exceptional experiences for each and every guest. No day will be the same, but each day you'll strive to:

- Provide a high level of guest services at all touchpoints (check-in, check-out, during their stay)
- Provide creative resolutions to complaints and problems
- Be a Local Host, knowing the local area of the hotel intimately enough to provide advice and recommendations to guests on key points of interest
- Respond to emergency situations in a safe and professional matter
- Identify & explore opportunities to increase the number of returning & new guests
- Support the Hotel Manager to ensure the hotel operates to Veri-Best standard

Our hotel isn't open 24/7 so no overnight shifts are required unless in exceptional circumstances.
