We are seeking a charismatic Party Host to deliver exceptional birthday party experiences at our kids play centre.

As a Party Host, you will create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for children and parents alike.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Displaying initiative with children and parents to create a positive experience

• Providing exceptional customer service skills to exceed guest expectations

• Organising parties efficiently, ensuring timely completion of activities and services

• Managing the food, certificates, games, and Chipmunk suit aspects of the party

• Maintaining accurate records and checklists throughout the party process

• Clearing and cleaning each party room promptly for the next event

• Utilising the POS system to access party information and provide excellent service

• Adhering to all COVID-19 protocols to maintain a safe environment
