Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking experienced and motivated Support Workers to assist with service delivery in the Coffs Harbour region.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a range of support services to clients, including:

  1. In-home Care
  2. Personal Care
  3. Community Access
  4. Respite Care
  5. Domestic Assistance
  6. Medication Assistance
  7. Meal Preparation
  8. Transport
  9. Shopping Assistance
  10. Welfare Checks
  11. Documentation of client progress/reports
  12. Working with NDIS and Aged Care clients to fulfill their short-term/long-term goals

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing in-home care and personal care to clients
  • Assisting clients with community access and respite care
  • Performing domestic assistance and medication assistance
  • Preparing meals and transporting clients as required

Requirements for this role include:

  • Experience working in a similar role or industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use technology
