Job Title: Project Liaison Specialist

About the Role

This role entails overseeing the customer journey throughout the construction lifecycle.

You will serve as the primary point of contact between clients, certifiers, internal teams, and stakeholders; ensuring seamless project progression, accurate documentation, and timely communication to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administration and customer engagement from contract stage through to defect maintenance and resolution
  • Prepare and maintain job files and documentation in accordance with industry standards
  • Assist clients with colour selections and variations to meet their preferences
  • Liaise with certifiers, surveyors, and engineers to expedite approvals and ensure compliance
  • Oversee covenant applications, permits, and regulatory requirements to minimize delays
  • Raise progress claims and ensure timely payment in line with relevant legislation
  • Monitor defect requests and escalate concerns to ensure timely resolution
  • Provide proactive, professional communication to customers and stakeholders throughout the build process
