Job Description

The Digital Operations Specialist will play a key role in driving process excellence and digital transformation initiatives within client organisations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies, and will be able to work independently with clients and teams in their key areas of expertise. They will also have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and be able to build and maintain positive relationships with teams, clients, and stakeholders.

The Digital Operations Specialist will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives, conducting project analysis to optimise project execution, and managing end-to-end process mapping initiatives to drive operational excellence. They will also influence clients and stakeholders to incorporate a human-centred service design approach, facilitate workshops with clients to map current and future-state processes, and prioritise and implement high-impact process improvements that deliver measurable business value.
