Job Description

The Service Delivery Manager, Financial Services will be responsible for leading operational excellence initiatives and partnering with SMEs across the enterprise to leverage REA Group assets and capabilities.

This role will focus on servcing our Mortgage Choice brand, working closely with the FS Product & Technology Team to develop innovative consumer search and property finance application experiences.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience and capabilities in service delivery and management, technology and software engineering principles, and vendor management.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools is also desired.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead operational excellence initiatives.

  2. Partner with SMEs across the enterprise.

  3. Manage service delivery and incident/problem management.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience working within or adjacent to platform and software engineering environments.

  • Demonstrated growth mindset and ability to learn from others.
