Job Title: Regional Operations Lead 

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee regional operations and lead a team of managers.

This role involves developing strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, promote environmentally responsible practices, and optimize growth and network performance.

You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of key account management frameworks, overseeing operator contracts, and managing safety and legislative risks throughout the network.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive operational excellence and improve processes.

You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders from shop floor to board room.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in operational leadership roles, with experience in coaching and mentoring staff, creating high-performance cultures, and driving process improvement initiatives.

You will also need sound financial skills, including an understanding of operational cost management and budgeting.

Qualifications in Operations Management or a related field are preferred.

A professional and engaging style is essential for this role, as well as strong influencing and relationship management skills.
