Job Overview
The role involves processing and submitting invoices, preparing quotes, creating service agreements, monitoring plans, communicating with stakeholders, and recovering debts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Invoices and claims processing and submission
- Quotes preparation and service agreement creation
- Plan monitoring to track upcoming expiry dates
- Internal stakeholder communication for continued service delivery
- Debt recovery through aged receivables follow-up
Key Requirements:
- Experience in Accounts Receivable and debt collection
- Familiarity with systems: Business Central, MYP, PRODA advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with empathy
- Ability to learn systems and processes with attention to detail
