Job Overview

The role involves processing and submitting invoices, preparing quotes, creating service agreements, monitoring plans, communicating with stakeholders, and recovering debts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Invoices and claims processing and submission
  • Quotes preparation and service agreement creation
  • Plan monitoring to track upcoming expiry dates
  • Internal stakeholder communication for continued service delivery
  • Debt recovery through aged receivables follow-up

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable and debt collection
  • Familiarity with systems: Business Central, MYP, PRODA advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills with empathy
  • Ability to learn systems and processes with attention to detail
