Support Worker

Job Description
  • Provide support and assistance with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management
  • Assist individuals with disability to engage in activities that promote independence, socialization, and community participation
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and other stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or a related field
  • Experience working with individuals with disability or a similar population
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
