Senior Account Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead integrated advertising projects from concept to delivery.

This key position involves partnering closely with Strategy, Creative, and Production teams to drive successful campaign outcomes.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support the Account Director & broader Account Management team in developing and executing strategic plans
  • Leverage your expertise to manage fully integrated campaigns across all disciplines including advertising, CRM and digital communications
  • Collaborate with Operations and Producer teams to ensure timely completion of tasks within scope and budget
  • Contribute to strategic briefing, development, and discussion; assist in crafting inspiring creative briefs
  • Proactively manage briefs, timelines, WIPs, job numbers, and estimates to maintain efficient project workflow
  • Nurture positive working relationships with the wider agency team by actively listening and seeking guidance
  • Mentor junior staff members, setting a positive example for team behavior, learning, and collaboration
  • Generate innovative ideas that challenge the perception of client brands in the market
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Senior Account Manager in a Creative or Comms Agency environment
  • Proven track record of managing integrated campaigns and communications projects
  • Knowledge of Advertising: TV, radio, print production, sponsorships, and emerging media
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – confident presentation ability
