  • Material instruction management
  • Financial management
Additional accountabilities include:
  • Ensuring completion of all tasks to deadline
  • Assisting Account Executive/Investment Manager with bookings across all media
  • Responsible for correct and timely material instructions
  • Assisting Account Executive/Investment Manager with sourcing material deadlines
  • Loading bookings into BCC correctly
  • Building effective relationships with creative agency partners and media
  • Supporting the Account Executive and Investment Manager in buying, tracking, and optimizing campaigns efficiently within deadlines
This role requires strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have entry-level experience in a similar role or a relevant degree, and be familiar with systems such as Microsoft Office and eTAM.
