AFES is reimagining its digital presence to create more doorways into student groups where people can meet Jesus and grow in maturity. As part of this, we're launching new initiatives like turnkey websites, branding updates, and training and support for social media engagement — all designed to help campus teams reach more students and connect earlier.

**_Are you passionate about engaging students with Jesus? As the Media and Marketing Content Specialist you'll play a key role in creating and editing digital content, and collaborating with AFES specialist teams to deliver digital campaigns that extend our reach and enable work on campus to flourish._**

**About you**
- Personally committed to Christ, servant-hearted and passionate about the ministry of AFES.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to generate original and engaging content ideas.
- Ideally, a bachelor's degree in media, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Knowledge and interest in the not-for-profit sector and the student engagement field.
- Proficient in using content management systems, social media tools, and analytics tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor the content to different audiences and platforms.
- Excellent in managing tasks, setting priorities and meeting deadlines.

**What you'll work on**
- Creative campaigns that extend our digital reach
- Content for Year 12 and international student outreach & engagement
- Tools and templates for campus teams to engage students locally
