Job Overview

Are you a seasoned risk management professional seeking a challenging role in project coordination? We have an exciting opportunity for a Risk Specialist to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO). As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for coordinating risk management across our project and program portfolio.

In this key leadership role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our organization. You will work closely with project stakeholders to ensure actions are implemented and effectively monitored throughout the duration of projects.

As a specialist advisor, you will provide proactive risk management and informed decision-making support to our project teams. You will also be responsible for:

  • Designing and facilitating risk workshops and assurance reviews to build enterprise-wide capability and foster a culture of risk-informed decision-making;
  • Partnering with project stakeholders to ensure actions are appropriate, implemented, and effectively monitored for the duration of projects;
  • Supporting the integration of risk information into planning, reporting, and scheduling processes;
  • Delivering accurate and timely risk management reporting, including visualized data, trend analysis, and commentary to internal stakeholders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • High proficiency in critically assessing and analyzing risk data and translating insights into clear, actionable information for diverse stakeholders;
  • Natural communication skills and confidence in influencing and engaging with a wide variety of project teams across the organization;
  • Ability to facilitate fit-for-purpose training workshops and provide expert advice to project teams;
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
