Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Imaging Technologist to join our team in the Medical Imaging Department. As a Medical Imaging Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and apply imaging skills across modalities of general X-ray
  • Contribute to the ongoing care of paediatric patients in spheres of diagnosis, disease monitoring, and treatment
  • Work collaboratively with the Allied Health Manager – Medical Imaging and deputies to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Applied Science/Diagnostic Radiography as outlined for eligibility for membership of ASMIRT
  • Current membership of AHPRA
  • Current Victorian DH radiation licence
  • Previous paediatric experience either as qualified, student, or intern MIT is desirable but not essential
