Job Description Summary
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Project Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in administration, financial management, budgeting, and advanced Excel proficiency - combined with hands-on experience in asset management and end-to-end project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end delivery of minor works and damage repair projects
Coordinate defect solutions and Compensable Intervening Event works
Develop project documentation and liaise with stakeholders to minimise disruption
Key Relationships
You'll collaborate with a wide range of internal teams including Facilities Managers, Finance, HSSEQ, Sustainability, and Asset Management. Externally, you'll liaise with client representatives, hospital stakeholders, and subcontractors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
4–5 years of experience in a Project Officer and/or Administrator role. Experience in PPP or healthcare infrastructure (Preferred). Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience with CMMS and asset management software (Preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Project & Excel highly regarded). Current Police Check and compliance with Vaccine Preventable Disease Protocol. Working with Children Check.
