About This Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to fill the key position in our organisation.

In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their food delivery profiles are optimised for maximum visibility, performance, and revenue growth.

You will work closely with our strategy and creative teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive real business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitality businesses, ensuring they receive expert guidance and strategic recommendations.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute tailored food delivery optimisation strategies that enhance performance on platforms like Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Menulog.
  • Performance Monitoring & Insights: Track, analyse, and report on key metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work with our creative, strategy, and operations teams to implement best-in-class marketing, menu engineering, and promotional strategies.
  • Upselling & Growth Opportunities: Identify and pitch additional services to help clients further enhance their delivery operations.
  • Industry Knowledge & Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends in food delivery, customer behaviour, and platform algorithms to provide cutting-edge recommendations.
  • Client Success & Retention: Drive high client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication, strategic insights, and measurable results.
