Establishing a New Division as a Sales and Operations Leader

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Operations Manager to spearhead our Queensland operations. As the first point of contact in the state, you will drive business growth, build strong industry relationships, and oversee daily operations.
- Proactively contact Queensland-based companies to develop new business opportunities
- Manage incoming job enquiries and client relationships across the Queensland region
- Build and oversee a network of Queensland-based subcontractor tipper operators
- Work directly with senior management to develop and grow our Queensland footprint
- Maintain high standards of safety, communication, and service delivery
- Represent our brand with professionalism and integrity at all times
You will have proven experience managing excavation, civil construction, or earthmoving operations, with a strong understanding of tipper truck logistics and bulk haulage coordination.
Demonstrated success in business development with a client-focused approach is essential. You will also have excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and lead from the front in a start-up environment.
A long-term commitment to building and growing our Queensland division is required.
