About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Finance - Food to join our team and shape the financial future of our business pillar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement forward-thinking financial strategies that align with our company's goals.
  • Partner with senior leadership to provide insights and guide decision-making.
  • Oversee the preparation of our 5-year plan, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts.
  • Monitor performance and ensure our financial goals are met.
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial results, making sure leadership understands the numbers and the path forward.
  • Manage working capital and seek out opportunities to enhance our financial performance across the pillar.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing finance team that thrives on continuous improvement.
  • Be the go-to financial expert for internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Requirements
  • A degree in Accounting and professional certification (CA, CPA, CFA).
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, with 5+ years in senior management.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and lead a top-tier finance team.
  • A strong track record in developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—you'll simplify complex financial concepts for all stakeholders.
  • Mastery of financial software (e.g., MD365, TM1, Power BI).
