Seeking a talented Colorectal Surgeon for an exceptional fellowship opportunity that combines clinical and research experience in colon and rectal surgery.
This prestigious two-year program is designed to provide young surgeons with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this specialized field.
The program will offer advanced clinical training at Epworth Richmond, Melbourne, where you will work alongside experienced surgeons to develop your skills in colorectal surgery.
During your time in Melbourne, you will also have the opportunity to enroll in a higher degree program, undertaking clinical research projects that will help you build a strong foundation in research and publication.
After completing your training in Melbourne, you will move on to Cleveland Clinic, Ohio, USA, where you will gain high-volume exposure to a wide range of colorectal diseases in a world-leading surgical unit.
Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to develop expertise in all facets of colon and rectal surgery, as well as build strong research and teaching credentials.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong passion for learning and professional development.
Key QualificationsRequired Skills and Qualifications:
- Current Medical Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra)
- FRACS General Surgery qualification
