Job Title: Oncology Registrar Fellowship Position

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated oncology registrar to join our multidisciplinary team in Victoria, Australia. As a senior trainee or fellow-level doctor, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that offers comprehensive cancer care, strong academic links, and excellent training pathways.

About the Role:
  • This position is ideal for doctors who have completed their Basic Physician Training and are enrolled or eligible for Advanced Training in Medical Oncology.
  • You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, gaining access to clinical trials and being mentored by senior oncologists with a passion for teaching and research.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Broad exposure to tumour streams including lung, breast, GI, GU, and melanoma.
  2. Participate in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings (MDTs).
  3. Involvement in clinical research and trials.
  4. Strong supervision and preparation for FRACP exams (if applicable).
  5. Professional development leave and study opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Completion of BPT and current enrolment (or eligibility) in RACP Advanced Training – Medical Oncology.
  • General Registration with AHPRA (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Excellent clinical, communication, and team skills.
  • A passion for oncology and evidence-based care.
