Job Title:

Lending Fulfilment Team Manager

Job Overview:

You will lead a team of 12-15 Operations Officers to deliver operational excellence and consistently high levels of service in lending settlement operations.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years' leadership experience in Financial Services or a related industry with strong capability in workforce planning, resource management, coaching, and performance uplift to drive team and organisational outcomes.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating team performance, overseeing the day-to-day running of the business, and ensuring high levels of customer experience and satisfaction.

Additional skills and qualifications include solid working knowledge of home settlement platforms and experience with Dye & Durham and LendFast.

Suitable candidates will possess a Diploma in Leadership or a financial service-related field.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the business to meet target performance outcomes.
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement necessary coaching, training, and development for team members.
