We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Freight Forwarding Specialist. This position offers a unique chance to leverage expertise in import sea and air operations, ensuring seamless logistics management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with tier 1 accounts to identify new business opportunities
  • Oversee order processing, adhering to established procedures
  • Collaborate with Key Client Managers to meet client requirements and participate in commercial decision-making
  • Process bookings and documentation, prepare quotations, and update information in CargoWise and other systems
  • Invoicing and general administration tasks
About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in freight forwarding
  • Expertise in PO and allocation management
  • Intermediate knowledge of CargoWise One is essential
  • A collaborative team player mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
