Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor Centre Directors and develop strategic plans for workforce management.
  • Implement new roster systems and strengthen child-safe recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Support the development of our Early Education Strategy.
Requirements
  • A degree in Early Education and/or Management/Business.
  • Experience in workforce planning and leadership roles.
  • Substantial experience in leadership roles within the Early Education & Care sector.
  • Deep knowledge of the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation.
  • Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills.
  • A collaborative spirit and a passion for empowering others.
