Senior Leadership Role - Education Sector

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor Centre Directors, leading workforce planning and driving initiatives that improve the employee value proposition.
  • Lead high-impact projects including redesigning organisational structure to support career growth, succession planning, and strong quality practices at the centre level.
  • Implement new roster systems and strengthen child-safe recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Support the development of our Early Education Strategy.

Requirements
  • A degree in Early Education and/or Management/Business.
  • Experience in workforce planning and substantial leadership experience in the Early Education & Care sector.
  • Deep knowledge of the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
  • A collaborative spirit and passion for empowering others.
