About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Building long-term, profitable relationships with customers by identifying business opportunities and creating value.
  2. Time and Territory Management (TTM) - optimizing client potential and sales productivity by zone territory.
  3. Representing the brand in the marketplace through technical knowledge and high-level customer consultations.
  4. Tracking progress using Salesforce to record interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification (highly desirable)
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles
  • Eagerness to learn, motivated, and capable of working independently
  • Hands-on attitude – demonstrating tools, using platforms like Salesforce, and collaborating across departments
  • Time management, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Valid full Australian driver's license – company car provided
  • Engineering qualification or construction industry experience (preferred but not mandatory)
