We are seeking an experienced Biochemistry Scientist to supervise the Biochemistry team in our busy pathology laboratory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the daily workflow of the laboratory to deliver a high-quality service that meets the clinical needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of the Biochemistry laboratory, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality results and compliance with quality assurance protocols.
- Develop and implement quality control and quality assurance procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Collaborate with other laboratory teams to ensure seamless integration of services and optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in diagnostic Biochemistry, applying new techniques and technologies to improve laboratory services.
