Workforce Strategy Leader

We are seeking a Workforce Strategy Leader to develop and implement innovative strategies relating to the workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice to ensure human resource management is aligned to service outcomes and strategic priorities.
  • Oversee workplace planning, talent acquisition, capability development, performance management, and employment relations.
About You
  • You will have a strong track record in leading the design, implementation, and evaluation of human resource strategies to improve workforce performance and culture.
  • You will possess high political astuteness and be able to effectively manage sensitivities and viewpoints of multiple stakeholders.
  • You will have sophisticated consulting, negotiation, and communication skills to influence others and drive organisational reform.
  • You will demonstrate values-based leadership, which sets the tone for others to follow.
  • You will have extensive senior management experience with a demonstrated capacity to develop, lead and manage a large team.
