**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Accounts Payable**: Manage supplier invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate records.
- **Data Collection**: Gather and organize data, including timesheets, invoices, and supplier documentation.
- **Communication**: Answer phone calls, handle general inquiries, and support billing processes.
- **Payroll & Wages**: Process employee wages and ensure accuracy with timesheets and records.
- **Tender Data Entry**: Assist in data entry and management for tenders and proposals.
- **Discrepancy Management**: Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices, wages, and timesheets.
- **Procurement Support**: Assist with purchasing and supplier coordination.
- **Account & Office Management**: Oversee account management and maintain a well-functioning office environment.
- **Compliance Management**: Track and manage fines, speeding violations, and GPS monitoring.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in accounts payable, payroll, or office administration.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency with office software and data management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently.

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
