Contract Management Professional

Our organization is seeking a skilled Contract Management Professional to join their team.

The Role
  • Manage and administer contracts from inception to close-out ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement strategic plans for contract negotiation, execution, and administration.
  • Prepare and review contractual documentation, including tender packages, payment claims, and variations.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with vendors and stakeholders while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Provide proactive support to ensure the timely and efficient management of projects.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial procurement and contract management practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, and Project.
Desirable Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Property Economics, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Previous experience working on residential developments and commercial fit-outs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
