Night Duty Manager

The Night Duty Manager is a critical role that requires a professional with exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests.
  • Secure payment, activate/reissue room keys, resolve guest calls, and provide consistent outstanding guest experience.
  • Lead, influence, and encourage others; advocate sound financial/business decision making; demonstrate honesty/integrity.
  • Supervise and manage employees; establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with employees.
  • Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.
  • Assist in responding to and resolving all guest issues received directly from guests or from Guest Relations.

Requirements for success include:

  • Previous experience as a Front Office Duty Manager.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Thorough follow-up, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to emotionally connect with guests and provide superior levels of service.
  • Conflict resolution experience.
