Rehabilitation Consultant Role

Konekt is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.

This challenging yet rewarding role involves utilising specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment, evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs, support clients to identify future employment or training options, and perform assessments in your area of clinical expertise.

  • Develop and implement effective workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine individualised rehabilitation plans.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to clients to aid in their recovery and return to work.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Our ideal candidate will possess professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, a current Working with Children Check, and willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
