Corporate M&A Lawyer

Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned Corporate M&A professional with extensive experience in corporate and M&A law.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate key transaction documents (share sale agreements, asset sale agreements, and shareholder agreements)
  • Conduct and coordinate legal due diligence processes
  • Advise clients on corporate structuring, directors' duties, and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Manage client relationships and act as the key point of contact for transactions

Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents, conducting due diligence processes, advising clients on corporate structuring, directors' duties, and compliance with relevant regulations. A strong understanding of the Corporations Act is required to advise clients effectively.
