About You:

  • You've got a minimum 1 year's experience as a leader in the disability sector (bonus if it's in community services).
  • You have also completed Certificate III in Community Services.

  • You're an exceptional communicator who can engage with just about anyone.
  • You are happy for your role to be a mix of support worker and administration days.
  • You're passionate about helping clients connect, grow, and build a brighter future.
