Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all customers
  • Drive sales by building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and making product recommendations
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative store environment, working effectively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and KPI goals
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and styling advice
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPI goals, as set by management

Requirements:

  • Availability to work key trade days from Thursday to Sunday, during the day and overtime
  • Availability to work peak trade times during the month of December and January
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve sales targets and KPI goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service, both in-store and over the phone
