Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our facilities management services, including site teams and supply chain partners.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead and manage a team of facilities managers and technicians, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including service delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a senior facilities management role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ability to travel, with a valid driver's license.
