About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering exceptional facilities management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring seamless delivery of services and meeting client expectations.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of facilities managers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Develop and implement effective service plans, KPIs, and financial plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Manage and analyze complex financial data, including budget preparation, financial reporting, and project management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a senior facilities management role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
