Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Facilities Manager to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our property services team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are safe, secure, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the facilities team, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair strategies to minimize downtime and ensure optimal facility performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize facility needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of facility maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure business continuity in the event of a facility-related emergency.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to identify potential issues and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Manage and control facility budgets to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of our facilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a senior facilities management role.
  • Proven track record of managing and maintaining large-scale facilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
