The Role

As a skilled Food and Beverage professional, you will be responsible for providing friendly, professional, and efficient food and beverage service to our guests. Your goal is to ensure every guest has a memorable dining experience.

  • Provide excellent customer service at unique dining facilities, paying close attention to the needs of each guest.
  • Collaborate with our Kitchen team to ensure smooth operation, maintaining open lines of communication throughout the day.
  • Maintain the highest standard of hygiene and tidiness, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Deliver food and beverage to guests staying in on-site accommodation, ensuring timely and courteous service.
  • Assist guests with queries on products and services, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Build relationships with guests and other staff members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
About You

You possess an energetic approach, a willingness to provide exceptional customer service, and a strong desire to learn and grow. Previous experience in a la carte, functions, and/or café environments is highly advantageous. A comprehensive understanding of food and beverage principles is desired, as well as certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol and Employee Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
