Job Title: Culinary Specialist
">About the Role:
You will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences against the stunning backdrop of Uluru.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present food for BBQ dinner service, including salads and desserts.
- Assist in preparing hors d'oeuvres for sunset drinks service.
- Grill meats and other menu items to guest preferences, maintaining quality and presentation.
- Monitor food storage, cooking temperatures, and equipment to meet safety standards.
- Work with hosts and floor supervisors to ensure dietary requests are managed accurately.
- Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service to guests.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with ordering, stock control, and daily reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and care of work areas and equipment.
- Support cross-training within the team as required.
- Carry out other ad-hoc duties to support smooth operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Food handling and hygiene certification.
- Certificate in Commercial Cookery (preferred).
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
- Open Australian Driver's license.
