Job Title: Outdoor Dining Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced outdoor dining operations manager to lead our Conference & Events outdoor dining team. This is a unique opportunity for you to take on a leadership role in one of the most scenic locations in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop effective operational procedures, ensuring safety and teamwork among staff members.
  • Manage outdoor dining activities within established parameters, optimizing revenue and costs.
  • Build exceptional guest experiences by collaborating with clients and providing excellent customer service.
  • Support the outdoor dining and events teams, overseeing daily operations and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a manager or Operational Events Manager.
  • RSA certification and a full driving license are mandatory.
