Outdoor Dining Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead the Outdoor Dining team, working in collaboration with the Director of Food and Beverage to deliver exceptional service standards.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a manager or Operational Events Manager, with expertise in developing effective SOPs, ensuring safety, and fostering positive team relationships. They will be responsible for managing Outdoor Dining operations within set parameters, optimizing revenue and costs, and building strong relationships with clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement SOPs to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Manage Outdoor Dining budgets and financial performance.
  • Foster excellent guest experiences through collaborative work with clients and teams.
  • Support the Outdoor Dining and events team in achieving operational excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a management or Operational Events role.
  • RSA certification required.
  • Full Driving License necessary.
