Main Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and services for clients and staff
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Communicate effectively with clients and staff via phone, email or in person
  • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required as training will be provided
  • Ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid Queensland Driver Licence
  • Current National Police Certificate issued within the last six months
  • Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
