Job Opportunity for an Experienced Plumber

We are seeking a skilled and experienced plumber to join our team as an HVAC/Heat Pump Specialist. This is a senior role that offers a fantastic opportunity for career advancement and professional growth.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending service calls, troubleshooting onsite, liaising with engineers and other stakeholders, and supporting the clients with new product installations. The role requires technical knowledge and experience across heat pump, HVAC and refrigerant systems installation, from mechanical planning to Australian regulations.

  • Attending service calls with fault finding and diagnostics.
  • Support after-sales service in determining solutions to any field problems.
  • Respond to different technical questions relating to products, applications, and system solutions.
  • Collaborate and guide customers, contractors and installers to meet project goals.
  • Liaise with Engineering and Sales teams to support and educate.
  • Proactively evaluate possible obstacles to project completion and determine possible solutions in partnership with customers, project managers and installers.
  • Assist in the development of technical specifications, training tools and guides.
  • Support the Product Engineers in guiding new product development in alignment with installation best practice.

Requirements:

To be successful, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 2-5 years experience as a qualified Plumber.
  • Must have the experience to demonstrate product installation and proactively approach problem-solving.
  • Technical understanding and experience across heat pump, HVAC and refrigerant systems installation, from mechanical planning to Australian regulations.
  • Ideally have exposure across commercial plumbing and HVAC environments and understanding of retrofit projects.
  • Current NSW Driving Licence and the ability to travel nationally.
