Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a HVAC/Heat Pump Specialist.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with clients, installers, and engineers to deliver exceptional results and support.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, troubleshooting complex problems, and providing excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Install new products and troubleshoot onsite issues.
  • Liaise with installers, engineers, and customers to meet project goals.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to ensure smooth project completion.
  • Evaluate potential obstacles and develop solutions to achieve project success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years experience as a qualified Plumber.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate product installation and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical knowledge of heat pump, HVAC, and refrigerant systems installation from mechanical planning to Australian regulations.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC environments, including retrofit projects.
  • Current NSW Driving Licence and ability to travel nationally.
