We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Research Associate to contribute to multidisciplinary research on biological adaptations to heavy metals.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Conduct research in metallomics and chemical biology
- Publish scholarly papers
- Support grant writing and publishing original work
- Assist with teaching activities and student supervision
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a PhD (or near completion) in organic chemistry, chemical biology, protein engineering or a related field, with experience in the synthesis, purification and characterization of organic molecules.
You will also have expertise in the use of relevant research methodologies, as well as proficiency in NMR, IR, MS and UV-vis spectroscopy.
