OpportunityWe seek a motivated Structural Engineer to contribute to major infrastructure projects and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Responsibilities:- Become a technical focal point for the structural team.
- Apply engineering fundamentals to solve intermediate to advanced engineering solutions.
- Liaise with clients, design technicians, and other team members to deliver practical solutions.
- Manage clients, prepare fee proposals, and tender documentation.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in structural design.
- Deep experience in structural engineering design and Chartered Professional Engineer status or equivalent.
- Bachelor of Civil/Structural Engineering or higher.
- Strong analytical thinking skills and a problem-solving mentality.
- Willingness to mentor and check technical documentation for junior members.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
